Open from the upper side of the packing, pull mask out, be carefull not spill the active ingredients juice, unfold mask and pply on clean skin for 15 min. You may use ultrasound, light therapy or galvanic to promote deeper penetration of active ingredients. Do not wash skin after treatment.
